1. Get on I-71 S(Cincinnati). 2. Take I-75 S to Bert T Combs Mountain Pkwy E in Pine Ridge. 3. Continue US-460 E/Mountain Pkwy 4. Continue straight onto KY-114 E 5. Slight right to merge onto US-23 S/US-460 E toward US-460 E/Pikeville 6. Take Exit 23 (Downtown Pikeville) from US-119/US-23/US-460/KY-80.
Go straight through the first two sets of traffic lights. Just after passing through the second set of traffic lights, the University of Pikeville is located on the hill to your left (Elm Street). Free parking for the University of Pikeville is available on Hambley Boulevard in the three-level parking facility to the right, just past the Hampton Inn.

Combs Mountain Parkway (East) will become East Mountain Parkway, which will become KY-114. 4. From KY-114, merge onto US-23 (South)/US-460 (East). 5. Take Exit 23 (Downtown Pikeville) from US-23 (South)/US-460 (East).
