Electronic transcripts (eTranscripts) are processed through Parchment Exchange, along with requests for mailed transcripts. No third party requests for transcripts will be accepted as this is student-initiated processing. We do not accept requests for transcripts via fax or telephone.
If this is your first visit to the UPIKE/Parchment online ordering system, please click Create Account and enter the required information. Once your account is created you will be able to request transcripts online and track the status of your orders. Upon future visits for transcripts, you will log in with your credentials and click Sign-In.
It is strongly recommended that you do not create an account using a UPIKE provided email address, as it could be deactivated after you leave UPIKE. Please use a personal email account when creating this account so you can manage the Parchment Exchange account in the future.
Currently enrolled students needing transcripts sent to UPIKE’s Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine (KYCOM) Office of Admissions or Kentucky College of Optometry (KYCO) Office of Admissions, please contact the Registrar’s Office for more details at (606) 218-5260 or Registrar@upike.edu.

Please make sure to verify which delivery method the destination prefers for the transcript to be sent to them before placing the order as UPIKE is not responsible for any incorrect delivery methods or destinations.

Notes: Transcripts will not be processed for those with restrictions or holds placed on their account. The Registrar’s Office is located in the Armington Learning Center, Room 218. Our transcript processing hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
UPIKE charges a fee for each transcript released. Please allow up to two business days for all methods of processing.
All official transcript requests are processed through the Parchment Exchange with these major credit cards accepted for payment (Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card).

Tracking Your Order:
Transcript orders may be tracked through your account in Parchment Exchange and per emails sent to the primary email address listed for you on your Parchment Exchange account record.
Holiday Schedule:
Transcripts are not processed when UPIKE is closed, including weekends. You may still order your transcript anytime, however, it will not be processed until staff returns to the office.
