UPIKE requires all student athletes to live in a University operated residence hall. For athletes wishing to live off campus, the athlete must meet the criteria detailed on the Off-Campus Residency Application.
Students wanting to live off campus can request to do so by the following dates for each semester:
Fall 2023
Returning Students: Off-Campus Residency Application is due May 31
New Students: Off-Campus Residency Application is due July 5
Spring 2024
All Students: Off-Campus Residency Application is due December 1
Students need to submit their application by completing this form prior to signing a lease for off-campus housing and submitting it to the Office of Residence Life with all required signatures. The student will be notified of a decision by the Director of Residence Life within 3-5 business days of receipt of application.
